    All A-Twitter

OK, it probably doesn't get any more ridiculously geeky than blogging about Twittering, but hey, I just created my Twitter account yesterday, so I deserve a little slack. To some, micro-blogging ala Twitter may seem a bit redundant, especially when one already has a more "traditional" blog--albeit in the case of an inconsistent and lazy individual like myself, one that is rarely posted to. So far, I'm finding that having both may solve the inconsistency issue and provide fodder for future long-form posts. I can Twitter the small thoughts and events, which opens the door to more in-depth musing here later. Yeah, right, you say. Well, lets give it a chance, shall we? I've added a feed of my Tweets off to the right here, for the sake of convenience.

    Little Fingers

Ah, the first challenge of Macbook ownership and being the father of a curious one-and-a-half-year-old toddler...greasy little fingers. The poor kid can't help it. I try to look on the positive side, that I'm raising a future geek, just like his dad.

Josh walked over to see what I was doing on the Mac with genuine curiosity. Seeing the colorful screen was a temptation he just couldn't resist and he reached over to poke my pristine new toy with a tiny little finger. Unfortunately, he had just finished eating a oily dumpling. The result does not require much imagination to visualize.
